Job Description for Electronic Engineer Trainee

No of Vacancy:-

10 (B-Tech,CS(IT) /MCA + 10 Electronics &Communication +10 Marketing & Sales

Salary & Stipend: :-

After 1month Training Period Stipend will be given for 6 month i,e 7000 after that CTC will be 2-3 Lacs per Year depends on candidate performance as per company Norms & Monthly Performance of the candidate.

  • Good programming knowledge of Core JAVA/Objective C, Android/iOS Platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
  • Good analytical/debugging skills
  • Understanding of interactive application development paradigms, memory management, file I/O, database design, network programming, concurrency and multi-threading
  • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Experience with interfacing with Social Media sites Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc
  • Must be a quick learner and a team player

Must have handled control circuits ,good in troubleshooting, and hands on experience in changing components such as sensors,timers,digital displays,power supply units,UPS etc.Must be able to use multimeters

Initially Engineers will have to undergo 3 Months self support training on various field instruments, Automation systems,Industrial systems, panel Design, AUTOCAD,Sensors, electrical drawings,Electronics systems to get them self practically trained.Fresh Engineers will be trained on Industrial Automation PLCs, SCADA ,Drives, HMI,Instrumentation,Panel designing on SELF SUPPORT BASIS & will be placed in Automation/Service Industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:- 0 to five years experience in Sales preferably in IT Infrastructure and Security Infrastructure selling, Software selling, HR Management System/ Biometric / RFID /Payroll/ Software applications/ANPR/ Vehicle Tracking System, Kiosk, server/firewalls or related field (especially in IT and Security) Proven team management skills (both direct and indirect)

:->Identifying new markets and developing network and positioning the brand in premium position.
:->Identifying prospective clients for deeper market penetration.
:->Tracking market / competitor trends to keep abreast the changing clients requirement / expectations and thereby fulfilling their needs.
:->Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities through Product Launches, effective use of trade schemes as a part of brand building & market development effort.
:->Developing regular business plans & implementing strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.
:->Developing and appointing the team of business partners to expand product reach in the market.
:->Analyzing market trends in order to penetrate the right markets.
:->Interaction with Decision Makers such as Heads of the Departments, Purchase, Finance and Top Management in any type of industries.
:->Appointing dealers and associates for liaising with them to strengthen the distribution channel and to maintain optimum product inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Acquisition of new clients for our solutions of Web Development, Mobile apps & Games development, GPS Tracking to both domestic and international corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
2.Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
3.Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.
4.Handling complete projects between clients and operations teams.
5.Mapping industries, prospecting, negotiations, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.

The responsible candidate will be responsible for the generation and pursuit of sales leads, presentation of the product line, understanding of the customer’s requirements and providing best-fit system solutions for those requirements for our security systems including LAN-based Access Control & CCTV systems in hospitals,Companies,education institutes etc, Maintaining existing clients & developing new prospects. Extensively surveying customer needs for right product mix

Skill Sets required:

1.PGDM / MBA (Marketing ) fulltime & Should have own Vehicle.
2.Strong Presentations and MS Office skills.
3.Excellent communication skills, and enterprising and able to interact with international clients.
4.Prior experience in Sales will be an added advantage
5.Should be a team player.
6.Open to travel within assigned territory.
7.Target Orientated Mentality,Love to take Challenges,Basic Knowledge of IT Sector.

Salary &Stipend: :-After 1 month Week Product Training Stipend will be given for 6 month i,e 10000+ Sales Incentive on target achievement, after that CTC will be in between 2-3 lac+Incentive according to target achievement per company Norms or More Depends on Monthly Performance of the candidate.
